Our Graduate Expert program is as a stepping stone to bigger and better career opportunities within Saica as a **Commercial Graduate Expert**.

Some of the tasks you will be responsible for are:

- Commercial planning & delivery planning/ programming.
- Receiving and processing sales orders.
- Communicating with customers regarding demand/ orders/ call-offs/stock/ deliveries status.
- Coordinate shipments with Supply Chain Logistics Services.
- Coordinate stock levels with Supply Chain Planning.
- Customer Service: attend customers complaints and inquiries.
- Manage Customers specifications.
- Reporting service and performance KPIs.

**Requirements**:
**Academic Qualification**:

- Just graduated in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering Bachelor/Master.

**Experience**:have experience in a similar role, maximum of two years working experience since the graduation.

International experiences (Erasmus,...) is a plus.

High written and spoken **English (C1)**

Optional: French (B2)
