Our Graduate Expert program is as a stepping stone to bigger and better career opportunities within Saica as a **Graduate Expert Electric Maintenance**.

Some of the tasks you will be responsible for are:

- To work as an Electrical Engineer in the electrical/control maintenance department at a paper mill with due regard to safety, environment and quality.
- Develop a deep knowledge and drive continuous improvement in an proactive way proposing alternatives and options to improve the efficiency of electrical systems such as:

- Electrical motors for HV and LV up to 1,5 Mw & Stand alone speed inverters.
- Paper Machine Drive sectional drive and rewinder: Rectifiers / Frequency converters / Special AC Motors
- Machine automation (Hidraulic, pneumatic and electric positioning and movements PLC based )
- Define and follow up of all maintenance activities for electrical equipment under his responsibility: Corrective, preventive & predictive maintenance routines, planning of shutdowns, spare parts testing and manage contractors activities.
- Assist and support operation engineers in managing the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the paper mill.
- Develop annual investment assigned to him.

**Requirements**:
**Academic Qualification**:

- Just graduated in Electrical / Electronic Engineering Bachelor/Master.

Optional: Specific trainning or final year project based on Power Electronics. Experience on PLC based positioning systems (eg: Siemens S7) and speed inverters for AC Motors.

**Experience**: Have experience in a similar role, maximum of two years working experience since the graduation.

International experiences (Erasmus,...) is a plus.

High written and spoken **English (B2)**
