We are looking for an **Office Manager** to perform administrative tasks support the team in their daily work, and manage client facing projects. Join our virtual core team and seize this unique opportunity to grow your career with us

**Job Description**:

- Assisting and supporting management with administrative tasks (25%)
- Working closely with team members on various projects (50%)
- Proactive calendar management
- Admin for the CORE assessment platform (registering participants and monitoring progress)
- Arranging travel and managing related logistics
- Preparing and supporting in production of reports, presentations and contracts; proofreading
- Project coordination (building and tracking project plans)
- Support the Head of Marketing with marketing campaigns

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English. Other languages would be a plus.
- 2-3 years experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Ability to accurately input data and maintain attention to detail
- Comfortable with working and making decisions independently
- Strong service-oriented mindset
- Good cooperation and team skills
