**Key Responsibilities of the Role**:
- Review and understanding project contract documentation
- Preparing and analysing supplier and sub-contractor enquiries
- Preparation and issuing of contract documents to our supply chain
- Monitoring change in our scope of work and pricing of variations
- Financial and contractual control of sub-contractor accounts
- Issuing of contractual notices and evaluate loss and expense/acceleration claims
- Providing fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates
- Preparation of monthly commercial project reports
- Provide Data and analysis of issues & risks as required by Management
- Managing and forecasting of project Cash flows
- Liaising with the client, main contractor and other departments
- All other duties associated with this role
**Essential Criteria for the Role**:
- Academically (Degree) qualified and or relevant experience in the industry
- 3-5 years’ experience in a QS role on Data Centres or large scale projects
- Fluency in Spanish
- A wide understanding of work contracts
- A working knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical Work Packages
- Good with Figures
- Able to negotiate with clients on a professional level
- Experience in use of Excel a requirement
- Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

**Responsabilidades clave del rol**:
- Revisar y comprender la documentación del contrato del proyecto.
- Elaboración y análisis de consultas a proveedores y subcontratistas.
- Preparación y emisión de documentos contractuales para nuestra cadena de suministro.
- Seguimiento de los cambios en nuestro alcance de trabajo y fijación de precios de las variaciones.
- Preparar y acordar solicitudes de progreso mensual.
- Control financiero y contractual de las cuentas de los subcontratistas.
- Emisión de avisos contractuales y evaluación de reclamaciones por pérdidas y gastos/aceleración.
- Proporcionar estimaciones rápidas, precisas, competitivas y rentables.
- Elaboración de informes mensuales de proyectos comerciales.
- Proporcionar datos y análisis de problemas y riesgos según lo requiera la gerencia.
- Gestión y previsión de los flujos de caja del proyecto.
- Servir de enlace con el cliente, contratista principal y otros departamentos.
- Todos los demás deberes asociados con este rol.
**Criterios Esenciales para el Rol**:
- Experiência académicamente (título) calificada o relevante en la industria.
- 3-5 años de experiência en un rol de QS en centros de datos o proyectos a gran escala.
- Fluidez en español
- Una amplia comprensión de los contratos de trabajo.
- Un conocimiento práctico de los paquetes de trabajo mecánicos/eléctricos.
- Bueno con las figuras
