**Senior Quantity Surveyor - Madrid Spain**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Sub-Contractors Accounts for initial award to interim Valuation, variations, and final accounts.
- Managing forecast and cash flow of the projects
- Oversee the project budget in alignment with directives from the Project Director.
- Handle pertinent communication with clients.
- Create monthly reports following established procedures.
- Participate in monthly meetings with commercial and subcontractor teams.
- Skilfully mediate and resolve disputes between clients and subcontractors.
- Ensure prompt submission of claims and notices as stipulated in the contract.
- Record any cost adjustments to project scopes and prepare monthly valuations and the final assessment.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant Qualifications in Quantity Surveying
- Good communication, and time management skills
- Data Centre experience is advantageous.
- Must have an EU passport.
