Desde Talent Brand, expertos en reclutamiento y atracción de talento, estamos en la búsqueda de un **IT **Business Analyst / Project Manager Senior **para una empresa multinacional líder en el sector de la logística, en la sede de Viladecans.

En dependencia del Jefe de Aplicaciones Informáticas (EMEA), tendrás las siguientes **responsabilidades**:

- Gestión de la relación con las partes interesadas y usuarios finales, así como la supervisión de nuevos diseños y procesos hasta su finalización.
- Definición de requisitos del proyecto, incluyendo la traducción en historias de usuario, criterios de aceptación y documentación de requisitos técnicos.
- Formar el equipo del proyecto.
- Colaboración con el equipo y otros profesionales para proporcionar soluciones de alta calidad.
- Contribución a la evolución de las mejores prácticas del departamento/equipo.
- Ofrecer apoyo práctico para los sistemas clave dentro de tu área de especialización.
- Gestión integral de proyectos, lo que incluye la creación de estatutos de proyecto, supervisión del equipo del proyecto, calendario, entregables, y organización de reuniones relacionadas con el proyecto, incluyendo reuniones del comité de dirección.

**Tu perfil**:

- Más de 5 años de experiência en un puesto similar.
- Titulación relacionada con las TI.
- Destacadas habilidades de comunicación.
- Actitud proactiva, asertiva y perseverante, con un fuerte compromiso para obtener resultados.
- Nível de **inglés conversacional **imprescindible.
- Sólidas habilidades en el trato con el cliente y presentación.
- Dominio de los programas de Microsoft Office.
- Experiência en análisis y documentación de requisitos empresariales a nível avanzado.
- Experiência en gestión de proyectos.

**Se valorará**:

- Experiência previa en un rol de analista de negocios de TI y gestión de proyectos.
- Certificación en Gestión de Proyectos.
- Conocimientos sólidos de SQL.
- Conocimientos en Logística y Cadena de Suministro.
- Conocimientos de BPMN.

**La oferta incluye**:

- Contrato indefinido.
