FOREO, marca líder en el sector de la tecnobelleza, busca un Brand Ambassador para su boutique en Pozuelo.

Gestionarás la integralidad de nuestro punto de venta, con responsabilidad, espíritu comercial, empatía y creatividad; velando por que se respete la imagen de nuestra firma.
Gracias a tu espíritu de servicio y capacidad de escucha activa, garantizarás una experiência de compra única a nuestros clientes. La excelencia en el trato con las personas será el pilar fundamental de tu estrategia para conseguir los objetivos de ventas.
Tu conocimiento de nuestros dispositivos y productos te ayudará a recomendar un tratamiento a medida a nuestros clientes. Irás
_más allá_, ayudándoles a diseñar una rutina de cuidados completa y adaptada a sus necesidades; y esto te permitirá destacar en tus KPIs.
Concretamente, al confiarte nuestra boutique, esperamos que destaques por tu capacidad para:
- Aumentar la ventas, conforme a los objetivos marcados con tu Supervisor de zona
- Ofrecer un servicio excelente a los visitantes de nuestra boutique, brindando un consejo experto para el diseño de un ritual de cuidados de la piel personalizado
- Dar a conocer FOREO activamente en el punto de venta (proponer iniciativas para aumentar el tráfico, participar en la organización de eventos y campañas a nível local, etc.)
- Controlar y gestionar el stock; así como las operaciones necesarias al buen funcionamiento del punto de venta
- Cuidar del merchandising, de acuerdo a las guías de la firma; velando por que se respeten los estándares de imagen de marca
- Fidelizar a nuestros clientes, ofreciendo un servicio de calidad pre y post venta
- Profundizar en el conocimiento de nuestros productos y tecnologías, para mejorar la calidad de tu discurso y ser el mejor embajador de nuestra marca
**Perfil**:
- ¿Qué cualidades y aptitudes te ayudarán a realizar con éxito estas tareas?_
- Espíritu comercial, experiência trabajando por objetivos y con KPIs como ticket medio, unidades por ticket o tasa de transformación
- Experiência relevante en venta y asesoramiento a clientes
- Pasión por el cuidado de la piel y por el trato con las personas
- Excelente capacidad de comunicación, verbal y no verbal
- Curiosidad e interés por la tecnología aplicada al mundo de la belleza
- Espíritu de equipo, compañerismo
- Flexibilidad, capacidad para adaptarse rápidamente a los cambios
- Humildad y _mentalidad de atleta_: te gusta que te exijan, crecer, aprender cada día
- Disponibilidad para trabajar según horario comercial de la zona
