Your mission will be to join our "Regional Infrastructure Services" team, where your role will be to manage the local IT infrastructure support team in the country, support the business, and participate in possible local or regional projects in collaboration with Infrastructure operations team.

Some of your duties and responsabilities will be:

- Local infrastructure support
- Local infrastructure support for 1st and 2nd line
- Desktop, Laptop, thin clients and mobiles support, installation, and configuration
- Label printers support, configuration, and installation
- Support in the day-to-day business incidents as the rest of team members of the infrastructure team
- Plan and execute activities supporting development of the business and standardization of IT
