**About this opportunity**

Do you have experience in setting the framework for people operations within growing companies? Are you the one who is constantly adding innovation to HR and can easily translate this into practical solutions? Align Technology offers a challenging position within a rapidly growing EMEA organization You will report directly to the VP, Total Rewards, HR Systems & HR Services and manage a team of 7 HR Operations Representatives.

**In this role, you will**
- As Sr. Manager, HR Operations you are responsible to develop the function and continuously seek ways to improve operational effectiveness
- Oversee daily transactions processed through Workday for employees in more than 20 countries, and leverage the ticketing system’s functionality to its full extent for reporting purposes
- Contribute to timely and accurate monthly Payroll processing for the countries in scope
- Manage employee benefit enrollment/dis-enrollment in partnership with local insurance brokers and/or vendors
- Ensure local compliance in every single aspect and adhere to country specific GDPR requirements
- Identify in-efficiencies and align with external and internal stakeholders upon implementing solutions. This through adoption of automation/Workday employee or manager self-service functionality
- Leverage technology to reduce costs, improve effectiveness and maximize efficiencies
- Manage and oversee projects supporting HR processes, with a continuous focus on achieving departmental and company goals
- Run regular employee data Workday audits and provide management with quarterly HR Operations (efficiency) metrics driving future decisions
- Work closely with EMEA HR Business Partners ensuring business/employees are being served according to Align standards

**In this role, you’ll need **- Bachelor’s degree, with 8+ years HR Operations management experience in an international environment- Fluent in English and Spanish, additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to adapt and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and resilient attitude
- Great teamwork and people management skills
- Strong computer skills
- Lean six sigma background preferred
