**About the Role**

Join the Privileged Access Management (PAM) Product & Engineering team, which is staffed with cybersecurity professionals and software engineers that help Swiss Re fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient. Working broadly in the domain of Identity and Access Management, you will be exposed to a range of software engineering, security engineering, and risk management topics. There will be opportunities to learn about the domain, software engineering, and agile project delivery methods. As a junior in our team, you will gain access to a broad variety of team activities and a chance to learn from all team members. We will work with you to find your ideal career focus and support you throughout the graduates programme and beyond. You'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office.

In your role, you will
- Enter the cybersecurity space and gear up for an ambitious career
- Get started on a leading professional certification of your choice, e.g. CISSP or CISM
- Gain hands-on experience working with leading industry security products for password vaulting and access management

**About You**
- Successfully completed university degree in computer science, telecommunication engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest and motivation to start a career in cybersecurity within the Financial Services industry
- Approach problems with curiosity and flexibility; fast learner
- Innovative, courages, and not afraid of tackling difficult problems
- Team-player who is keen on diving into a multicultural, truly global organisation
- Strong analytical skills and focus
- Excellent oral and written English skills
