En Quintas Energy, nos enorgullece contar con un destacado equipo profesional líder y la plataforma líder en gestión de activos en energía solar renovable en toda Europa.

En vista de nuestro crecimiento constante, hemos abierto una nueva posición en nuestro equipo de Gestión de Activos en España, buscamos un Gerente de Terrenos.

Tu función principal será establecer y cultivar relaciones con la comunidad de propietarios de los sitios y las autoridades locales, liderando la gestión de contratos de arrendamiento, ya sea de tierras o servidumbres, firmados por los diversos SPV.

Este emocionante rol requiere habilidades de gestión de partes interesadas, donde interactuarás con clientes, propietarios, consejos, expertos de terceros, colegas de Quintas, y varios contratistas de O&M y EPC. Además, deberás priorizar tus actividades basándote en riesgos y oportunidades, demostrando tu habilidad para manejar situaciones diversas.

RESPONSABILIDADES

Como Gerente de Relaciones con Tierras y Propiedades dentro del Departamento de Gestión de Activos de Quintas Energy, trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el Jefe de Gestión de Activos en España, así como con el equipo de Gestión de Activos y Finanzas. Sus funciones incluyen, pero no se limitan a, lo siguiente:

- Punto principal de contacto para propietarios de tierras.
- Responsable de la incorporación de contratos de arrendamiento y servidumbre.
- Supervisar los eventos contractuales y garantizar que las partes relevantes estén informadas para permitir su gestión adecuada.
- Garantizar que los SPV cumplan con sus obligaciones bajo el contrato de arrendamiento.
- Gestionar el pago del alquiler.
- Tratar con notarías, registro de propiedades y cualquier otra contraparte relevante u oficina pública. - Apoyar al cliente en la resolución de conflictos que puedan surgir con los propietarios de tierras.
- Ayudar a preparar los planes anuales de Gestión de Activos para las carteras de clientes en relación con asuntos de tierras y ESG;
- Gestión de partes interesadas: establecer y mantener relaciones con propietarios de tierras, grupos comunitarios y autoridades locales.
- Asegurar mejoras en paisajismo, hábitat y biodiversidad en coordinación con el equipo de Gestión de Activos.
- Capacitar y ayudar al personal de la empresa en aspectos particulares de la gestión de activos (con énfasis en paisajismo y ecología).
- Promover una cultura de salud y seguridad en QE y garantizar la identificación y escalada de riesgos de salud y seguridad (ESQCR) en la cartera.

**Requirements**:
COMPETENCIAS Y CUALIFICACIONES
- Al menos dos años de experiência en participación comunitaria, autoridades locales y relación con propietarios de tierras.
- Licenciatura en Derecho.
- Carné de conducir
- Experiência en la gestión de arrendamientos de tierras, trato con notarías, registros de propiedades, oficina catastral (la experiência previa en una notaría u oficina similar será una ventaja). - Comprensión efectiva de cuestiones y costos de paisajismo, ecología, drenaje y gestión de sitios.
- Experiência en programas de ayuda agrícola (por ejemplo, PAC).
- Experiência en construcción y/o gestión de energía solar fotovoltaica.
- Comunicador seguro tanto verbal como por escrito.
- Atención al detalle, conciencia.
- Experiência trabajando con notarías, redacción de escrituras públicas.
