Novel Student is a leading provider of high-quality student accommodation across Europe. We are excited to announce the opening of our brand new property in Seville, and we are currently seeking a Leasing & Marketing Manager to join our team.

As the Leasing & Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our new property. You will be responsible for driving leasing and marketing strategies to ensure high occupancy rates and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of the student population
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote the property and generate leads
- Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including inquiries, property tours, lease signings, and renewals
- Build strong relationships with local universities and student organizations to maximize exposure
- Monitor and analyze leasing trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
- Develop and maintain a strong network of real estate agents and brokers
- Prepare and present leasing reports to senior management

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing or sales, preferably in the student accommodation industry
- Strong knowledge of the Seville market and student housing trends
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
