**Job Description & Main Responsibilities ***

**Responsibilities**
- **Project Management**: Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- **Kinaxis Expertise**: Utilize knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse to implement and optimize supply chain solutions.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members, to understand their needs and manage expectations.
- **Risk Management**: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- **Resource Allocation**: Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project objectives.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations and company policies, particularly those relevant to the pharmaceutical sector.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 1 year of experience working with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- **Pharmaceutical Industry Experience**: Proven experience managing IT projects within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and challenges.
- **Certifications**: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Kinaxis certification is highly desirable.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project), and a solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Advanced Kinaxis Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- **Regulatory Knowledge**: Familiarity with GxP, FDA regulations, and other compliance requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
- **Agile Methodologies**: Experience with Agile project management methodologies and frameworks
