Our Martos plant is one of the biggest sites within our Visibility Systems Business Group in charge of developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics. From the latest adaptive lighting technologies to intuitive interior lighting solutions or stylish and design-centric external lighting, Valeo constantly innovates to improve comfort and safety for drivers and passengers

alike.

As a **Process Owner **your responsibilities will be:
**Technical missions**
- TDP (Technology Development Plan) Support
- To propose new process developments to achieve product development respecting New process brick development procedure
- To propose new P3 projects (Investigation of viability of new idea for technology, system, function, module, component or software), to animate new process activities
- Process Competitive Analysis, understands how our competitors build their products and anticipate their actions
- Define & Coordinate development of new generation of process as industrial project manager with support of central methods and R&I team

**P2 project**
- Participate to P2 (Creation of new validated generic standard to be used in P1 project) / advanced project development in his/her domain
- Support in planning,execution and analysis of process tests (virtual and real)
- To ensure that process conception is robust for quality and reliability and to propose and to check all process documentation

**Process Standardization**
- Key process identification for each technological field, RAISE standard definition
- ECR (Engineering Change Request) /ECO ( Engineering Change Order) management & contribution, internal procedure for process development
- In charge of industrial standard creation & administration related to TPL field (PFMEA, Process rules, VRF, quotation portal, technical files...)

**Investments / Capacity**
- Support for IAR (Investment Approval Request) writing, Industrial IAR validation
- Lean Process Design workshop participation
- Costing process & equipment contribution to be able for CAA (Contract Application Approval) in the case of RFQ ( Request For Quotation) /RFI ( Request For Information), CAA worldwide

**Technical Support**
- Support Sites/JV to allow them to growth (integration new process, reinforce technical skills
- Contribution to Quality analysis (e.g. following VIM Quality) and problems solving (QRQC)
- Process audit
- Warranty return analyze
- Process Knowledge Management
- RAISE activity driving across LLCs (Lesson Learned Card) and Quality networks.
- Experts / potential Experts identification within his/her related domain Process Network.
- Manage innovation for new technologies : suppliers development, DOE testing... until process concept validation

**Desired skills and experience**:

- Industrial Engineering
- 5 years Production / manufacturing / engineering management.
- Passionate to automotive sector.
- Good English level.
