SiemensEnergy’s General Accounting Principles and External Disclosures team is theworldwide governance owner for IFRS and German GAAP accounting and has theoverall responsibility for all regulated disclosures, both financial andsustainability-related.

Inyour new role as Group Reporting Manager within our team you will contribute tothe Half-year and Annual Report, especially the MD&A section.

Inaddition, you will have the unique opportunity to participate in the EUTaxonomy and CSRD implementation projects, two pioneer projects in the area ofcorporate reporting.

Whilethe majority of your time will be dedicated to sustainability reporting topics,once CSRD is fully implemented (end of CY 2025) you will gain more footstepalso in financial reporting
- activities will be largely comparable to thosereporting-related ones described above.

**HowYou’ll Make an Impact**
- Within the CSRD implementation project you, together with yourteam of Group Reporting Manager, coordinate the creation of the future CSRDchapter in the annual report, a process which starts with the first currentlywritten drafts, includes feedback and review loops with various internalstakeholders, alignments with EY and also the layouting of the final reports
- You bring in your experience in financial reporting as“coach" for the predominantly department-external editors (especially withregards to materiality assessments, editing CSRD chapters, defining reportingprocesses and assessing quality of data)
- You contribute to the continuous refinement of the GroupDisclosure Management Tools including implementation of ESEF requirements forregulated sustainability reporting and support of the digitalization journeyfor the entire reporting process from a topic matter expert perspective
- You support the creation of a new world-wide Siemens Energygovernance structure for regulated sustainability-reporting, by e.g.,introducing and maintaining new reporting guidelines as well as developing andimplementing a training concept
- Similarly you contribute to the maintenance of the alreadyexisting accounting governance structure by coordinating the screening processfor regulatory changes, following up on those changes and contributing to GroupFinancial Reporting Guidelines, Chart of Accounts, related trainings andworldwide update calls
- You feed your knowledge in ad-hoc analysis requested by SiemensEnergy’s top management, prepare decision-making and information documents forinternal committees and actively contribute to internal expert groups onsustainability matters

**WhatYou Bring**
- You have a university degree in business administration/economics or similarareas, ideally with a specialization in accounting and several years of workexperience in the area of accounting and closing (preferably accountingprinciples and/or reporting) either at a Group or in an audit company
- Knowledge in the area of sustainability management and/or reporting as well asexperience in project work would be beneficial
- Resilience, creativity, passion for creating something new and being challengedas well as a “hands-on" mentality
- You are a team player with distinct communication skills
- Profound knowledge in MS Office Package (i.e., Excel as a basis for analyticaltasks, Powerpoint for management presentations) and willingness to explore waysto further digitalize data analytics
- Fluency in English written and spoken

Alreadytoday Siemens Energy reports on environmental and social aspects within theframework of the EU's Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD) in addition toits voluntarily prepared sustainability report. With the CorporateSustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), sustainability reporting isestablished as the second pillar of regulated corporate reporting which entailssignificant challenges for preparers due to the high dynamics of the standardsetting process.

SiemensEnergy’s General Accounting Principles and External Disclosures team with itsbroad experience in assessing and implementing regulatory changes as well as inregulated financial reporting is the key player in this highly complextransformation process and, therefore, also leads the respective implementationproject.
