Grenergy Renovables es una compañía española creada en 2007, productora independiente de energía a partir de fuentes renovables, fundamentalmente eólica y fotovoltaica, que cotiza en el Mercado Continuo desde el año 2019. Su modelo de negocio abarca todas las fases del proyecto, desde el desarrollo, pasando por la construcción y la estructuración financiera hasta la operación y mantenimiento de las plantas. La compañía cuenta con un pipeline global de más de 10 GW en varias etapas de desarrollo en los nueve países donde opera en el mercado europeo (España, Italia, Reino Unido, Alemania y Polonia) y latinoamericano (Chile, Perú, México, Argentina y Colombia) y EE.UU.

Actualmente estamos creciendo y buscamos incorporar una persona en nuestro equipo de **Asset Management** **una persona como Head of Commercial Asset Management** para prestar servicio Commercial Asset Management a los proyectos del Portfolio de Grenergy, englobados dentro de la división de Generación y Equity. Este portfolio tiene actualmente 600 MW operativos y 800 MW en construcción en 5 países, con el objetivo de expandirse a 5GW entre activos operativos y en construcción en 2025.

Tus principales funciones consistirán en liderar al equipo de Commercial Asset Managers, responsables de un proyecto o grupo de proyectos, organizando y distribuyendo adecuadamente las tareas.

**Tu día a día englobará las siguientes tareas principales**:

- Liderar los desembolsos de deuda, una vez las condiciones para el primer desembolso se han cumplido, y fondos propios, desde que se empiezan a fondear las sociedades para realizar pagos relacionados con el CAPEX.
- Seguimiento y gestión Presupuestaria, coordinando con el equipo propio y de Asset Management Técnico las validaciones de costos e ingresos, así como las provisiones para el cierre contable.
- Gestión de proveedores SPVs con equipo propio, incluyendo la recepción de facturas, imputación, validación del servicio o material con el área o departamento correspondiente.
- Realizar el seguimiento financiero de los proyectos, analizando desviaciones respecto del caso base y actualizando la valoración de los mismos.
- Elaborar el cash-flows de los proyectos, tanto histórico como proyectado, basado en los casos base aprobados y las condiciones de distribución, así como calcular los ratios de cobertura y las dotaciones de los fondos de reserva
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los convenants financieros, con el fin de que cumplan todas las obligaciones de hacer bajo los contratos de financiación. Asimismo, preparar los repagos de deuda, shareholder´s loans y proyecciones de caja y distribuciones de dividendos.
- Coordinar con el departamento fiscal la adecuada presentación de impuestos en tiempo y forma.
- Realizar junto con el departamento de Technical Asset Management la realización del reporting interno y externo de las sociedades, tanto para los Project Managers del departamento de Generación, como para los lenders, socios de capital y off-takers, según las obligaciones de los contratos de crédito, acuerdos de accionistas y PPAs.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación en económicas o Administración y Dirección de Empresas
- Experiência laboral mayor a 5 años en departamentos de contabilidad y administración, especialmente en empresas con activos con financiación estructurada, tales como energías renovables, empresas concesionarias de obra pública o real estate.
- Nível de inglés B2-C1
- Se valorarán conocimientos de financiación estructurada/project finance y modelización básica de modelos financieros
- Potencial de gestión de equipos y relaciones internas, debido a la transversalidad del departamento y la coordinación con los departamentos financiero, contable, tesorería, etc.
- Se valorará experiência en alguna de las siguientes áreas, Prestación de servicios de Commertial Asset Management de proyectos de energías, Departamentos de administración y finanzas de sociedades concesionarias de obra pública, Departamentos de administración y finanzas de empresas de real estate.
