**Areas of Responsibility**: Contract Management**:

- Perform activities in support of the active and passive cycle.
- Manage the commercial and technical-administrative aspects (relations with suppliers and local authorities, operational constraints related to financing contracts, management of contracts).
- Calculate limitations for all farms.
- Actively follow up on suppliers' contractual commitments.
- Monitor external administrative suppliers.

**Budgeting**:

- Support Head of Generation Spain, Foreign Administration Other Countries and Management Control in the defining and control of the relevant budget, in compliance with the Guidelines.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure the performance of the activities necessary to guarantee the continuous compliance of assets with energy sector regulations, with the support and indications of HSE&Q and Regulatory & Public Affairs OUs when required.

**Permitting**:

- Guarantee the obtaining permits needed for continue operation of power plants.
- Ensure the necessary support in obtaining permits for project approval
- **Insurance**:

- Support Head of Generation Spain with necessary procedures during claims arising from accidental plant failures.
- Provide all elements to be able to handle intervening claims by transferring related information to relevant Head of Generation Spain.

**Procurement**:

- Draft and update technical specifications for contracts concerning works and materials under its responsibility, as well as provide support to the OUs involved in the bidding phase.

**Energy Management & Sales**:

- Support Energy Management & Sales in the finalization and management of energy sales contracts.
- To be the interface with the market representative agent for EE dispatching and control room services.
- Ensure control and review of EE's sales revenue billing.

**Studies**:
Engineering or Business Administration.

**Work Experience**:
3/4 years (at least) of experience in a similar role.

**Languages**:
Spanish (mother tongue) and English.

Italian would be a plus.

**IT Skills**:
Microsoft Office Package.

**Know - How & Managerial Skills**:
The attitude must be part of a flexible team.

**Additional Information**

Place work: Madrid with the requirement and availability to travel especially in Spain where we have the projects or to the headquarter in Italy - Genoa
