**Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Manager - Crop Protection**

**Location: Valencia, Spain (Remote work available on a case-by-case basis)**

Our client is a fast-growing Crop Protection company that has recently undergone an exciting expansion phase through the strategic acquisition of two other companies. This expansion has positioned our client as a future key player in the European market, enabling them to better serve their customers with innovative and sustainable solutions. With a focus on excellence and a commitment to environmental stewardship, our client is dedicated to improving agricultural practices and ensuring the health and productivity of crops.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the regulatory affairs function for our client’s crop protection products in compliance with EU Regulation 1107/2009.
- Prepare and submit dossiers for active substance and product registrations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Commercial to facilitate product registrations and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Stay updated with evolving regulatory guidelines and industry trends to proactively identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and external partners to drive efficient and effective regulatory processes.
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory matters to internal stakeholders and support decision-making processes.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Agronomy).
- Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the Crop Protection industry, specifically with product registrations under EU Regulation 1107/2009.
- Strong knowledge of EU regulatory processes and requirements for active substance and product registrations.
- Familiarity with data requirements, risk assessments, and dossier preparation for regulatory submissions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.

Location and Work Arrangements: The role will be based in Valencia, Spain, where our client’s headquarters are located. However, our client is open to considering remote work arrangements on a case-by-case basis, allowing for a flexible work-life balance.
