At Symanto, we have been at the forefront of using AI and NLP to understand consumers, their behavior, emotions and motivations. We are now building up our Value Creation insights team to extend this to solving broader business problems like deal support, ESG and growth scans, Customer centric transformation, etc. just to name a few. The Analytics Consultant is the client facing link-pin for engagement delivery and help design the next steps further industrialization and automation of insights generation and works closely with the Product Owner of Value Creation Insights.

**Your job will be**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Deliver a broad range of projects / services in the area of Value Creation Insights
- Act as translator between the business and technical requirements in defining project scope, customization requirements and package the outcomes for business executives consumption
- Assist sales managers to develop proposals that require customized approaches and align the resource requirements with the delivery team
- Develop customized approaches to cover specific insights that are not covered by our standard data pipes and contribute actively to theby coding in Python / SQL, as well as check and improve the model, classification, clustering performance while correcting for content biases
- Involved in quality control of the standard data pipes (from data lineage/ sourcing to insight generation) and customized approaches and check output from a business and technical perspective to ensure the right outcome and iterate accordingly
- Summarize findings and insights into PPT presentations / PowerBI dashboards
- Participate in read-outs with client team members and present the results
- Ensure hand overs to client and ensure customer success
- Assist the Value Creation Insights Product Lead in further solutions development tasks as needed next to client project delivery
- Pro-actively come up with and drive improvements and make the case for integration in the roadmap release

**Your profile**:
**Education, Required Skills and Experience**:

- PhD. or Master’s Degree in computer science, data science, applied mathematics, statistics, econometrics or engineering with at least one year of business curriculum and one year of data and analytics / statistics curriculum.
- 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in strategy consulting with a broad range of projects of which at least one year in the area of Growth, Strategy and Marketing
- Proven experience in analyzing data and developing robust analytics solutions
- Ability to quickly comprehend complex business topics, to structure problems, derive and test hypotheses as well as execute a solution pathway
- Solid communication skills with structure, empathy and emotional intelligence
- Working knowledge of the following data analytics technologies and concepts: clustering, topic modelling, supervised and unsupervised learning model evaluation; data transformation (e.g. SQL); data visualization (plottingcharts and dashboards); python core data science packages (pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, etc) as well as NLP packages such as (SpaCy;, Pre-trained Neural Network Models like BERTtransformers/LLMs, NLP pipelines
- Watson, Amazon Comprehend, Azure NLP)
- Rudimentary knowledge of the following technologies and concepts: MLOps, ssh, and linux terminal; bash; user interfaces (app or web-based); system architectures; agile methodologies
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Respectful with team spirit and high ethical standards

**Preferred Skills and Experience (Upside)**
- Due Diligence experience in context of deals
- Experience evaluating and ensuring the quality of AI models using quantitative methods (statistics)
- Multi-lingual
- High achiever in sports, arts, games, academic, competitions and awards of all types
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps Services;
- Experience with deep learning libraries such as tensorflow or; pytorch; C; C++
- Cloud based NLP frameworks like IBM Watson NLP, Amazon ComprehendAzure NLP or Google NLP
