As a WORKS CONTROLLER DEPARTMENT HEAD (H/M), you will be responsible for:
- FP&A Financial planning and analysis for Spain factories and R&D Eng.- Forecast and Plan construction.- Reporting. Assure accurate and on time monthly reporting of P&L and supplemental accounts in Hyperion HFM. Understand variances versus forecast and plan.- Controller. Implement all activities and controls necessary to fulfill with all Otis Policies and controls. Accounting. Check and approve all General Ledger entries, generated by the factory and accounting systems.- Pricing. Define the factories material price list and include them in eLogistics system. Quote deviations for non standard options.- Cost Tracking. Cost Data Base follow up and tracking all Eng projects cost variances. Track variances between standard and actual cost.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Finance or Engineering degree.- 6/8 years experience in a Finance Controller Role or similar position.- High level of english written and spoken.
