Microsoft Advertising empowers the largest advertisers around the world to reach their maximum potential through paid search engine marketing on the Microsoft Bing Ads platform. We are seeking top performing Client Solutions Manager with search and native advertising experience who can drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction by owning the day-to-day customer management and driving campaign-level budget upsell and optimization opportunities that align to ROI goals of client and drive incremental revenue.
The CSM is a core member of the account team focused on driving optimizations aligned with customer needs, executing campaigns, and driving strong coordination or internal resources for excellence in execution of core tasks, account transitions, and customer account health.
**Responsibilities**:
The Client Solutions Manager will build trusted-advisor relationships with an assigned book of business consisting of Microsoft’s highly valued Top Tier advertisers. The individual in this role will manage and grow the revenue from his/her set of advertisers by strategic customer and account planning, building and growing customer sales relations and attaining revenue targets through customer management and data-driven solutions. The individual in this role will bring search knowledge, sales experience, a great network, customer obsession, a passion for innovation and best-practice sharing, and a proven track record for delivering exceptional results over time.
**Agency
- and advertiser portfolio and account planning.** Utilizing data analytics and insights and collaborating with assigned account team, the Account Manager will develop strategic account and portfolio plans for top tier advertisers buying microsoft Advertising from Italy, for local and international spend. Drive effective, strategic and consistent customer conversations and action plans to increase results. Responsible for ensuring the appropriate level relation and service is delivered to capitalize on opportunities within the book of business.
**Build intentional agency-, advertiser and ToolProvider relationships that drive revenue.** Conduct proactive meetings to develop trusted advisor status, build loyalty, improve business understanding/education and deepen relationships. The individual will establish him/herself as the point person for day to day account management inquiries and performance concerns. Be present and available to advertisers and build customer loyalty. Contribute to year over year increases in customer satisfaction.
**Model exceptional account management that delivers sales and service excellence.** Bring competitive and industry insights and media sales experience to flawlessly execute data-driven optimizations. Partner with account team to exceed customer expectations via responsiveness, providing insights, marketplace knowledge, resolving technical issues and expertise in Microsoft Ads. Attain assigned revenue quota for book of business.
**Develop collaborative relationship with account team.** Drive the growth and development of mutually beneficial working relationships with Italian account team and key partners. Utilize relationships to provide seamless account management, a united front to customers and ultimately enable the ability to quickly respond to customer requests or escalations. Lead account conversations with key internal partners to evaluate account performance, develop short and long term strategies and discuss/act upon optimization opportunities
**Continually develop industry knowledge and grow professionally.** Develop and maintain an expert level understanding of the search industry and trends affecting or influencing the marketplace and provide insights to the advertiser/agency. Maintain functional knowledge of new features, products and initiatives across the Microsoft Ads platform and Microsoft ecosystem. **Qualifications**:
Job Requirements: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:
- Minimum 7 years’ online media, Native or Search Engine Marketing Sales and Service experience required.
- Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity, communications skills and meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets
- Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions
- Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management
- Talented in storytelling and delivering engaging presentations.
- ** English AND Italian required,** Spanish is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of the search and native industry, trends, and customers needs
