**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**
Como **It Wan Network Engineer, **estarás integrado en el equipo de Network as Service (NaaS) para dar soporte a los servicios prestados a nuestros clientes internos. Será responsable de garantizar que la cartera de NaaS cumple los requisitos de los clientes y de la empresa.
El Service Delivery Manager tiene la responsabilidad general de definir el servicio, garantizar que los servicios se prestan de acuerdo con los requisitos empresariales acordados y gestionar el ciclo de vida del servicio, en colaboración con los demás equipos de NaaS.
Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en diferentes áreas:
- Diseño y participación en el desarrollo de un servicio multi-tenancy con tecnología SD WAN.
- Integración de red con proveedores de servicios cloud (principalmente AWS & Microsoft Azure).
- **Mantenimiento de plataformas DNS y Load Balancers.**
- Soporte técnico en el escalado de incidencias. Actuar como un recurso clave para la resolución de cualquier problema relacionado con la red que pueda surgir. Identificar proactivamente problemas potenciales y mejoras que se puedan realizar dentro de los entornos LAN y WAN.
- Participar en la integración de estas soluciones de servicio en los sistemas internos para poder llevar a cabo las tareas de instalación, provisión y monitorización. Se requiere conocer y diseñar estas integraciones con las soluciones ofrecidas por cada fabricante.
- Seguimiento del roadmap de producto y estar al día de las nuevas versiones lanzadas por los fabricantes, además de realizar un control y seguimiento continuo de los errores reportados al fabricante para su resolución.
- Elaboración de la documentación asociada al servicio: documento conceptual, viabilidad técnica y manual técnico. Mantenimiento de la documentación detallada de la red.
- Impartición de formación a los grupos de Operaciones.
EXPERIENCIA
- 3+ años de experiência como administrador de red en un entorno WAN orientado a Cisco en múltiples ubicaciones.
- Experiência en configuración de protocolos (BGP & OSPF) y soporte de tecnologías: MPLS / IP, VPN L2 / L3.
- Deseable 1+ años de experiência en Entornos SDWAN y LAN.
FORMACIÓN
- Titulación Universitaria en Informática o Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones.
HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS
- Excelentes conocimientos operativos **SD-WAN **y redes MPLS e integración con diferentes soluciones de red, seguridad SD-WAN. Principalmente **Cisco Viptela.**
- Excelente conocimiento operativo de la interfaz de línea de comandos **Cisco **IOS & NXOS. Se requiere la certificación CCNA.
- Diseños y arquitecturas en **Cloud Service Providers **(principalmente **AWS **& Microsoft Azure).
- Conocimiento operativo de las tecnologías **DNS de Infoblox y Load Balanceadores de F5 **.
- Excelente conocimiento operativo de IP y protocolos de capa 4 asociados.
- Inglés medio. Nível conversacional y escrito.
- Deseable experiência y/conocimientos en: ITIL, Cobit, LeanIT, marco de control de TI, Agile, Herramientas Microsoft Office, Terraform y Python.
- Se valorará la certificación CCNP/CCIE. Certificaciones oficiales de algunos de los fabricantes de SDWAN.
