ICL Iberia, somos la única empresa productora de sales potásicas en España y nos dedicamos a la extracción, tratamiento y comercialización de sales sódicas y potásicas. Desde hace más de un siglo, contribuimos a que la Comarca del Bages sea un centro minero de gran relevancia, donde se ha mantenido ininterrumpidamente la extracción de potasa, un fertilizante natural, fundamental para la agricultura en todo el mundo, pero también de sal sódica, destinada principalmente a la industria química. Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Jefe/a de Relevo para la Mina ubicada en Súria (Barcelona)
**Descripción del puesto**
Liderarás y supervisarás la operación minera, garantizando la seguridad de nuestro equipo y la continuidad de nuestras operaciones. Coordinarás y gestionarás el equipo de relevo para ejecutar nuestro programa de producción, incluyendo la extracción de mineral y trabajos programados.
**Funciones y responsabilidades principales**
- Supervisarás la actividad minera en términos de seguridad y productividad.
- Garantizarás el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y ambientales.
- Gestionarás las emergencias y la brigada de salvamento.
- Investigarás accidentes e incidentes y asignarás tareas al equipo.
- Supervisarás diariamente la actividad del relevo y asegurarás el cumplimiento de los programas de mantenimiento.
- Elaborarás informes diarios, calendarios y llevarás a cabo reuniones de prevención de riesgos laborales.
**Requisitos**:
- Formación: Ingeniería técnica o Superior de Minas**Conocimientos específicos**:
- Conocimientos de mecánica de rocas, geología, topografía y ventilación de mina
- Conocimiento de la Normativa Minera Reglamentaria
- Formación en gestión de equipos de trabajo
- Obligatorio estar en disposición de: Carnet de conducir tipo B.
**Experiência previa**: Experiência mínima de 2/3 años en gestión de equipos, especialmente valorable en puestos de trabajo de interior de mina y obras subterráneas.**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**
