**MISIÓN DEL PUESTO**:
Será el/la responsable de la definición de los proyectos asignados (definición de objetivos concretos, organización de los hitos y plan de trabajo, definición de los equipos de trabajo y apoyos externos, dimensionado económico y cálculos de los retornos).

También se encargará de la ejecución de los proyectos (garantizar cumplimiento de hitos en tiempo, gestión económica y supervisión de la incorporación de las iniciativas a negocio y del retorno económico).

**FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES**:
**Cotización**:

- Cotización los nuevos clientes que desde del departamento comercial nos han pasado.
- De las desviaciones que se han producido durante la puesta en marcha a lo que se cotizó en un comienzo, conocer cuál es la situación donde está el cliente y hacia donde deberá llegar.

**Layout**:

- Marcar en plano la realidad de trabajo. Flujos de trabajo, espacios, m2, etc.

**Mejora continua**:

- Ejecuta los proyectos identificados por OE para la mejora de la cuenta de resultados de los diferentes clientes, reingeniería de procesos, aumento de la capacidad de las líneas de trabajo o aseguramiento del nível de servicio.

**Controller**:

- Analizar y controlar los parámetros de ejecución de los proyectos (dimensión temporal y financiera).

**Proyectos**:

- Marcar los objetivos, investigación, presupuestos, gestión de recursos humanos/operativos.
- Ejecución y coordinación interdepartamental.
- Cálculo de retornos.

**Puesta en marcha**:

- Coordinar con OP e IT la puesta en marcha, el inicio de un cliente dentro de Logisfashion.

**Soporte a planta**:

- Dar soporte en los puntos de herramientas de control de producción, productividades, (Semáforos, forecast, control de horas, Excel de nóminas).

**Requisitos**:
**FORMACIÓN**:
Ingeniería industrial (rama organización). Se considerará aceptable como formación, la experiência demostrable en tareas y funciones asimilables.

**EXPERIENCIA**:

- 3 años en puestos similares. Experiência en metodología PMP/SCRUM.
- Nível de inglés muy alto tanto hablado como escrito

**OTROS**:

- Dominio del paquete Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook, Skype).
