**Ihre Aufgaben**:
In Ihrer Position unterstützten Sie den Head of Finance and Controlling. Im Rahmen dieser verantwortlichen Aufgabe übernehmen Sie Tätigkeiten wie das Anlegen von Aufträgen und neuen Bauprojekten, das Erstellen von Auswertungen in unserem professionellen Kostenmanagement-Programm (COOR), Monitoring der Kostenbudgets, Erstellung von Forecasts sowie die Anfertigung von kommentierten Berichten zu den einzelnen Bauvorhaben. Des Weiteren erstreckt sich Ihr Aufgabegebiet auch auf das Erlöscontrolling sowie die Finanz
- bzw. CF-Planung.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling (idealerweise in der Bauwirtschaft)
- Vorteilhaft: Kenntnisse im Controlling von Bauvorhaben-/ projekten in Spanien
- Anwenderkenntnisse in moderner Projektkostensoftware
- Serviceorientierung, Leistungs
- und Lernbereitschaft
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Diskretion
- Belastbarkeit (Deadline-orientiertes Arbeiten)
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und sorgfältig
- Eigeninitiative sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln zeichnen Sie aus
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Kenntnisse der Spanischen und Englischen Sprache

Neben Ihren Erfahrungen als **Controller(in)** bestechen Sie durch einen professionellen, selbstsicheren Auftritt und verfügen neben einer hervorragenden Auffassungsgabe über ein hohes Engagement in den Ihnen zugetragenen Aufgaben. Sie arbeiten eigenständig genauso gut wie im Team und haben ein Selbstverständnis für die Exklusivität unserer Projekte sowie den außerordentlichen Stellenwert unserer Interessenten und Kunden.
