Description

Desde Serviguide nos encontramos en la búsqueda de **un /a Data Leader - Markets con INGLES ALTO **para un importante Banco de España (Posición a internalizar por el Banco)

The Data Leader will be accountable for ensuring the data strategy, modelling, quality and access and use of data within his domain. We are looking for a Data Leader especialized in the Market business.

Duties
- Lead the data strategy within the Market domain in the following dimensions:

- Data Quality: Identify data quality issues and lead the remediation of data quality issues within the domain identifying and coordinating responsible teams; and lead the definition, implementation and governance of data quality rules with the responsible teams for doing so.
- Data Strategy: Ensure the alignment of projects and initiatives inside the domain with the data strategy, the relationships and dependencies between them, and provide necessary guidelines.
- Data Access and Use: Ensure the access of each initiative to the most adequate data source, following the data governance mechanisms.
- Data Protection: Coordinate with DPO and CISO the fulfilment of regulatory, protection and security principles.
- Maintain relationships with: CTO. CIO. CISO. DPO. and Governance area.

**Requirements**:
Education

University Degree ideally in Engineering, Mathematics, Law or Economics

Knowledge & Experience
- Deep knowledge of the Market business, products and processes.
- Knowledge of data management and governance.
- Knowledge of working with metrics, KPIs and analytics teams.
- Experience of project management and execution methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Experience having lead Market projects, especially related to data and data quality.
- Experience working with CTO and CIO teams.
- Experience working with business and users teams.
