Punto de referencia único con los clientes, aportando un valor añadido en el aumento de su satisfacción.
- Recepción y gestión de solicitudes tanto de Servicio externas (de cliente): reparaciones, mantenimiento de equipos y revisiones, así como de Servicio internas (de otros departamentos CZ): instalaciones/desinstalaciones (ventas, cursos, préstamos )
- Tramitación de las solicitudes mediante el programa corporativo establecido para ello: grabación de datos y apertura de órdenes de servicio.
- Responsable del proceso completo de la orden de servicio, desde su apertura hasta su finalización y cierre en el programa de gestión de órdenes de servicio.
- Posteriores tareas de back office relacionadas con las funciones realizadas

- Inglés fluido C1/C2 + valorable alemán
- Conocimientos de SAP u otros programas de gestión de datos
- Persona con iniciativa, capacidad de resolución y organización
Importante empresa del sector tecnológico farmacéutico busca incorporar en su departamento de Customer Service una persona para cubrir una interinidad y gestionar las solicitudes de servicio según la política corporativa, contribuyendo a una satisfactoria relación con el cliente.
Contrato:duración determinada, temporal + interinidad (incorporación inmediata y duración aproximada hasta Agosto incluido)
Salario:26k-28k
Horario:Lunes a Jueves hasta las 18:30 y los Viernes hasta las 15:00
Modalidad de trabajo: híbrida, tres días en oficina y 2 días desde casa
Ubicación: Tres Cantos
