IT Demand Manager

We are looking for an **IT Demand Manager **that will act as a primary partner for the business functions to capture, structure, align and plan business demand and match this demand with the IT supply functions’ capacity. We are looking for talent based in any country where we have a presence and who will work at the corporate level in an international environment, being **English the shared language** and mandatory for this role.
**In the role you will perform the following tasks**:
- Develop, define, and implement the overall IT demand management structure & processes in agreement with the IT Governance
- Develop and maintain enhancements roadmap aligned with business priority, IT capacity, technical dependencies and ongoing
- Build an overall demand pipeline on an annual basis as well as on an ongoing basis (mapped against the annual plan)
- Capture new demand and ensure structured and high quality of demand’s scope and specification to have a consistent basis for estimation and scheduling of the implementation
- Liaise with the business units to shape and implement the demand management processes
- Ensures timely and accurate reporting of all IT demand-related issues to IT management and key stakeholders
- Develop KPIs, dashboards and regular reports

- Immediate EU work permit
- Fluent in English
- 5 years of experience in the position
- Multi-country level experience is a plus
- Qualified in IT service management and in project management methodology
- Strong communicative skills
- Excellent ability to deal with uncertainty
