Customer Welcome Centers Strategic Alliances

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Alliances Program Lead to drive the development and execution of our strategic partnerships and alliances across HP’s Customer Welcome Centers globally.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute the strategic alliances roadmap, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Identify and prioritize potential partners and alliances based on strategic fit, market opportunity, and mutual value proposition.
- Lead partnership discussions, negotiations, and contract agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all alliance-related activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and alliance teams to drive joint initiatives and maximize partnership outcomes.
- Develop and manage partnership programs, including joint marketing campaigns, co-branded activities, and product integrations.
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and potential threats.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related experience
- 3+ years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or
- partnership management roles.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of HP portfolio, technology trends, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strategic thinker with analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
