**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibility**
- Internal and external coordination
- Optimize second-level tasks
- Manage Front Office for French market
- Use GDS schedule changes
- Administrate Pre-travel claims

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- Bilingual Spanish + fluent in either French
- Have a high knowledge in GDS (Sabre and/or Amadeus), clear handling of reservations, changes, cancellations, refunds, and reissue. (tests will be done).
- Experience in travel agencies
- Availability from Monday to Sunday and Spanish holidays (rotating shifts)

- Communication skills and taste for customer management.
- Verbal fluency and ability to argue
- Constancy and ability to work - Resolutive capacity
- Command of computer tools. - Ability to work in a team and a positive attitude
