We are seeking a highly motivated individual contributor to lead reporting and automation initiatives for our Finance team. The Reporting and Automation Consultant, will have the opportunity to define and build a world-class reporting and analytic platform to scale management reporting and enable timely insights for corporate FP&A as well as the wider FP&A teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop strong relationships with FP&A managers and gain deep understanding of their reporting and analytics needs to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Gather and document reporting requirements by personas and work with Enterprise Productivity Engineering (EPE) teams to design and build data infrastructure, data integration, automation, and processes to create accurate, scalable, and intuitive reporting solutions.
- Manage and maintain standardized reports and dashboards.
**Qualifications**:
- BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, related, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of corporate financial reporting development and/or implementation experiences
- Experience with Corporate Performance Management (CPM) Tools and Visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Experience with SQL
- Knowledge of automation & digitization in a professional services environment
- Understanding of FP&A domain and financial reporting processes
- Working experience with Financial and CRM systems (Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Financials, Salesforce CRM, MSFT Dynamcis)
- Implementation knowledge, including selection of solutions, assessments of processes and data flows, systems implementation and configuration, digital transformation, and downstream systems impact analysis.
