**Role Purpose**
Oversees HSE Framework Data Management.- Oversees HSE Framework Systems Data Management requirements.
- Ensures legal compliance with respect to HSE Framework Systems Data Management. Leads the Global HSE Framework Systems Management Data reporting program, providing co-ordination, support and guidance to all Sandoz operations worldwide. Promotes a positive HSE Culture with influence across all levels of the organization This includes governance of the HSE Framework Systems Management framework, controls and reporting, HSE audit of external and internal networks and HSE related TPRM aspects to comply with legal, regulatory country specific requirements and internal standards.**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Sandoz HSE Leadership teams and major stakeholders to assess organizational needs and develop an aligned global health, safety and environment strategy to manage HSE Framework Systems Management risk, ensure compliance, prevent incidents and deliver industry-leading safety performance.
- Aligned with this strategy, develop, plan and drive implementation of appropriate policies and programs to reduce current and future HSE Framework Systems Management related risks and liabilities.
- Guides site leadership on compliance requirements internally and externally.
- Advises the HSE business partners
- Influences leaders and associates to embed HSE Framework Systems Management in the Sandoz culture.
- Facilitates the definition of HSE Framework Systems Management and related KPIs, monitors performance and ensures accurate reporting of relevant data.
- Leads HSE Framework Systems Management assurance, which includes internal, external audits and the HSE TPRM experts
- Ensures relevant HSE Framework Systems Management training is provided by the most efficient and effective means to the HSE community in accordance with identified training needs
- Establishes a strong and effective network and connection with Business Partners and HSE networks.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to HSE leaders worldwide.
- Curious to deploy new ideas and to use new innovative digital tools and platforms for providing HSE Framework Systems Management direction.

**Minimum requirements**
- University education (min. Bachelor degree, or eqvlt.)
- English, additional languages preferred.
- 4+ years of proven experience in HSE Framework Systems Management domain.
