**Deine Aufgabenbereiche**:

- Verantwortlich für sämtliche Gästeanfragen
- Reibungsloser Check-in und Check-out
- Mitarbeit bei allen operativen Abläufen vor und hinter der Rezeption
- Unterstützung in anderen Fachabteilungen
- Verantwortlich für die optimale Erreichung der Gästezufriedenheit

**Unser Anforderungsprofil**:

- eine abgeschlossene Hotelfachausbildung in der gehobenen Hotellerie
- Berufserfahrung als Rezeptionist (m/w/d), gerne in der Ferienhotellerie.
- sehr gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse, Kenntnisse in Fidelio sind von Vorteil
- Perfekte Deutschkenntnisse setzen wir voraus
- Spanischkenntnisse erforderlich
- ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Spaß am direkten Gästekontakt
- ein sicheres Auftreten
