**What is this role about**:
If you are ready to start your professional career, take the opportunity to join our amazing team in Barcelona supporting the business in your role as Trainee Analyst Sales Operations Excellence.

During the 18 months program you will take a deep dive into our organization, always focussed on your future job while getting connected to our EMEA Metal Cutting Sales force by taking over various exciting responsibilities.

Play an active role in day-to-day operations and be involved in process improvements within the EMEA region.

You are going to be surrounded by passionate colleagues, who are eager sharing their knowledge to guide you and equip to success in a dynamic and high-performing environment.

**What you can expect**:

- Experience and rotate through different departments and work closely with the teams of: Sales Operations Excellence, SAP Key Users, Commercial Field, Customer Service, Marketing
- Take part in individual training activities together with your trainee colleagues from other countries, to build your potential future career within Kennametal.
- Take the opportunity to build up a broad network in an international environment.
- Explore the wide range of tasks within a corporate and global organisation.
- Work with our reporting tools and Dynamics CRM
- Create reports and analyse Sales Data in Excel and Power BI
- Support the EMEA CRM users with trainings and in case of troubleshooting.
- Analyse and review existing processes and take the chance to initiate improvements.

**What we are looking for**:

- Educated to Bachelor/Master degree in Management / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration or a comparable field
- Experienced in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerBI
- Proven interest in working with reporting tools
- Ability to deal with complex figures and with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Process driven and eager to share your thoughts on potential improvements
- Internship in data visualization or CRM is a plus
- Aspiration to cooperate closely with internal and external stakeholders as well as working in intercultural and interdisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in English, German language is a plus
