As a Senior HR Project Manager within PXT team at Amazon, you will be a key player in shaping the employee experience, including Associates, Leaders and peers. Collaborating with various departments, you will lead the design and implementation of innovative projects, programs, emphasizing continuous improvement. Your role will involve overseeing existing programs, using data-driven insights to enhance operations, and managing stakeholders within the Spain Operational Sites.
Key job responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Lead the launch and monitoring of HR projects and programs, ensuring key objectives are met, and deliverables are achieved.
- Operational Excellence: Use data to understand operational challenges, driving continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the employee experience.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging best practices within a program environment, and ensuring alignment with Amazon's strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage internal processes, define standards, overcome challenges, with a particular focus on Spain Operational Sites.
