**Mission**:
The aim of this position is to deliver positive customers experiences at all stages of the customer journey to retain them.

**Responsibilities**:

- Claim identification and margin slippage.
- Management of Claims in BU: data gathering, support to Commercial, follow-up and reporting.
- Feasibility of Claim and Value Target setting.
- Arrange all needed information for a successful negotiation.
- Make strategic sourcing recommendations and take appropriate actions.

**What we are looking for**:

- University Degree (Engineering or Business).
- English and Spanish (High level).
- Experience (5 years).
- Ability to increase customer satisfaction, adoption and retention.
- Communication, accountability and systems skills.
