Percassi es una empresa italiana cuyas actividades incluyen el desarrollo y la gestión a 360° de redes comerciales franquiciadas de las principales marcas Retail (Nike, Victoria's Secret, Bath&Body Works, LEGO®, Gucci, Armani Exchange, Saint Laurent, Garmin y Starbucks en el sector F&B) y de redes comerciales de marcas propias (p.ej: KIKO Milano, Womo y Bullfrog en cosmética, Atalanta en el sector deportivo, Dmail en e-commerce). Percassi también opera en el sector inmobiliario para el desarrollo de importantes proyectos comerciales.

**Descripción del puesto**:
Para nuestra nueva apertura de la tienda Victoria's Secret en Gran Vía (Madrid) buscamos HR OPERATIONS.

Como parte del equipo de la tienda, apoyar al/a Store Manager para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de la administración de personal, selección y formación de la unidad de negocio a la vez que ofrecer el mejor servicio al cliente interno.

**Funciones**:

- Realizar y respetar cada día todas las pautas y estrategias establecidas para conseguir los objetivos de la empresa.
- Gestión y responsabilidad sobre la prevención de riesgos de la tienda.
- Comunicar y difundir los valores y la cultura de Victoria's Secret, dando a conocer la marca y fomentando la fidelidad del cliente
- Ayudar en el proceso de selección de retail assistant siguiendo los procedimientos de la compañía.
- Asistir en los procesos de incorporación.
- Colaborar en la puesta en práctica de la cultura formativa corporativa.
- Trabajar coherentemente con la política de la empresa en materia de recursos humanos.
- Dar apoyo en la gestión administrativa del departamento.
- Asegurar que las normas en Prevención son cumplidas en la tienda.

**Perfil**:
**Qué estamos buscando**:

- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en reclutamiento y selección de personal, realizando laborares de administración de personal.
- Valorable buen nível de inglés.
- Nível alto de ofimática.
- Nível medio en legislación laboral general y específica.
- Conocimientos en Prevención de riesgos laborales, Formación de personal y Selección.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas
