**Position Summary
**Support Director of Insights & Analytics in by driving the data & analytics use case porfolio and delivering the supporting operations: 1) equip the business with the right information, capabilities, and the supporting WoWs to make evidence-based decisions; and 4) work with Corp Functions and IT to leverage global analytics and data assets and digital solutions.. This role focuses on the delivery of analytics and related elements of the data value chain: reporting, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, investment allocation & planning, and change management. Manage team of three and extended team of ring-fenced IT resources.
**Key responsibilities
- Lead execution of NPPE pipeline of advanced analytics use cases
- NPPE SPOC to leverage global analytics, data assets and digital solutions (ASL)
- Orchestrates ring-fenced resources (“Data Studios”)
- Build data science & data analytics networks & teams within NPPE (hub & spoke) by supporting functions in determining & resourcing properly for their descriptive analytics needs.
- WoW Champion: train on processes & oversee their evolution & execution
- Drive data literacy & “data obsessed” mindset
- Helps to translate business needs into analytics requirements
**What will make you successful
- 10+ years of experience using data & analytics to drive business outcomes
- Marketing, Sales, eComm and/or other Commercial analytics experience in FMCG perferred
- Experience in a multi-market and/or global working environment
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and translating business requirements into advanced analytics use cases
- Fluent in English
