As a Customer Service rep. you will be responsible for responding to customers’ queries in a timely and efficient manner.

**Detailed Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality & results by giving guidance and meeting their individual needs
- Provide optimal advice regarding various client queries
- Assist customers using various channels and respond to customers’ questions and concerns regarding the service/product.
- Provide accurate product information.
- Respond to customers’ queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.
- Escalate and reroute the necessary matters and issues to the departments in-charge.
- Deliver a positive attitude towards the brand.

**Targeted Qualifications**:

- Native Speaker.
- Or / - Native Speaker.
- Or / - Native Speaker.
- or higher.
- Must be eligible to work in Spain.
- Good computer skills.
- A resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations.
- At least 6 months of experience in Customer service roles will be considered as an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to emphasize and drive the problem to a solution.
