Punto de referencia único con los clientes, aportando un valor añadido en el aumento de su satisfacción.
- Recepción y gestión de solicitudes tanto de Servicio externas (de cliente): reparaciones, mantenimiento de equipos y revisiones, así como de Servicio internas (de otros departamentos CZ): instalaciones/desinstalaciones (ventas, cursos, préstamos...)
- Tramitación de las solicitudes mediante el programa corporativo establecido para ello: grabación de datos y apertura de órdenes de servicio.
- Responsable del proceso completo de la orden de servicio, desde su apertura hasta su finalización y cierre en el programa de gestión de órdenes de servicio.
