Our airport’s team are the first face of our company, and they are key to ensure the best welcome experience to our clients.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and organize how the customers are welcome at the airport upon arrival
- Coordinate and assist transfer from the airport to the hotel, make sure our requirements as a company are fulfilled and report to the main office any changes that could improve the quality of our service.
- Report any changes / inconsistencies found to our main office
- 2 years of experience in a similar position will be valued.
- Advanced level of English is a must, other languages will be a plus.
- Customer service oriented.
- Good knowledge of the destination.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible working schedule, as some flights land at night.
