**What will you perform as Team Assistant ?**

The position will support as well the meetings and events organisation and ad hoc requests to support the customer relationship. As part of his/her responsabilities, the position will support and prepare customer presentations, KPIs track and presentation and meetings coordination. Other and ad hoc administrative tasks could be requested.

**Main accountabilities**

Maintaining spreadsheets and databases of information

Regular and timely filing of documents

Customer presentations preparations. KPIs collection.

Internal and External Event Management from small dinners to large conferences and meetings, supporting the Head of Accounts for customer events or the LLP Board for leadership events / meetings

Handle LLP Board agenda, support the LLP Board & Head of Accounts responsibilities to deal with customers and visitors

Organise and schedule internal and external meetings, co-ordinate with relevant contacts and build effective working relationships

Have strong communication and organizational skills

Good written and oral communication skills;
Good word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages;
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;The ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues

Spanish language: fluent (verbal & written)

English language: fluent (verbal & written)
