El lugar de empleo será en nuestra oficina del centro de Madrid, con un horario de jornada completa e intensiva, dependiendo de la época del año, y teletrabajo varios días a la semana.

¿A quién estamos buscando?
La persona dentro de la Unidad de Data Management interactuará constantemente con la función de "Chief Actuarial & Data officer" y con la función de "Data Quality Risk management" del Grupo Reale.
Buscamos un Data Governance con el objetivo de coordinar la ejecución del programa de Data Governance establecido de acuerdo con la Data Strategy definida conparticular atención al marco de Data Quality.
Buscamos personas con clara orientación al cliente interno, alto nível de ejecución, autodesarrollo y visión estratégica. Imprescindible aportar nível B2 mínimo de ingles.
¿Qué tendrás que hacer?
Gestionar el marco de Data Governance en la fase de análisis, implementación y evolución.
Algunas de las funciones más específicas
Gestionar el proceso de Data Quality en la fase de análisis, implementación y evolución arquitectónica.
Identificar y promover iniciativas encaminadas a mejorar el proceso y la calidad de los datos
Desarrollar, coordinar, interactuar y apoyar la red de Data Manager para lograr los fines previstos.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas metodológicas y reglamentarias.
Apoyar y desarrollar soluciones para optimizar los procedimientos de Fast Close.
Monitorear la disponibilidad de los datos, la confiabilidad y la calidad de los mismos, actuando para resolver anomalías en la calidad de los datos.
Garantizar la trazabilidad unívoca de los datos, la definición de metadatos y la definición e implementación de reglas de Data Quality para permitir que la información necesaria esté disponible cuando sea necesario, garantizando su integridad y precisión.
Apoyar la implementación de proyectos de datos con un enfoque en gobernanza, estándares, procesos y tecnología.
Mantener actualizada la herramienta de Data Governance verificando la integridad y exactitud de los metadatos ingresados.
Transmitir el enfoque Data Driven dentro del grupo y en consecuencia la cultura de los datos como activo corporativo.
