At Vamos Academy, we're passionate about providing high-quality Spanish and English language education and creating unforgettable experiences for our students. We're seeking a dedicated and customer-focused School Director to join our team.

As The School Director at Vamos Academy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our students have a seamless and satisfying experience with us. You'll guide them through the registration process, answer inquiries, and assist them in choosing the best course to meet their needs. This position also involves responsibilities related to processing payments, scheduling, academic direction, orientation, student satisfaction, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and respond to course registrations and inquiries, with a focus on converting inquiries into registrations
- Analyze registration forms and send invoices to students.
- Enter student data into our system.
- Handle cash and electronic payments
- Assist with scheduling of classes
- Answer phone calls and facilitate weekly planning.
- Gather student feedback and collect reviews on social media platforms.
- Assess student levels and plan classes based on their interests and needs
- Prepare materials and lead our team of instructors
- Interview and train teachers according to the needs of the school
- Manage teacher payments and nominas

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in basic accounting tasks.
- Comfortable using various payment platforms.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Excel
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

**Salary**: From 1,500.00€ per month
