**Your Mission**

As an Office IT intern at FunPlus Spain you will be assisting the Regional IT Support Specialist based in Switzerland to deliver all IT solutions mainly to our Barcelona office but also having an eye on the IT needs of the Swiss office. Furthermore you will play an important role in the coordination of the IT activities related to the digital elements rollout for the Barcelona office (i.e. Windows/Mac, printers and video Zoom conferencing systems). As part of your day to day work you will help the users in Barcelona to have functional IT equipment and find solutions to any IT related issue that might arise.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage setup, breaks, relocation of workstations, printers and other hardware when requested
- Manage Windows/MacOS inventory, perform troubleshooting and reimaging
- Work closely with regional office managers Network and Database admins, App Developers and external vendors
- Test and implement software and physical/virtual machines
- Operate in Hybrid working environment with initial onsite support required

**Your Profile**
- You just finished or are about to finish your Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
- Fluency in Spanish and English, Mandarin is a plus
- Knowledge in MS 365 and Google workspace
- Good documentation skills
- Nice to have: knowledge in Atlassian tools. (e.g. Confluence and Jira) and Slack.
- Agile mindset and independant with strong project management ability
