Actualmente nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un **Talent Acquisition** para sumarse a un nuestro equipo en la oficina de **Barcelona**.
**Tus funciones serán**:
- Gestionar los procesos de selección end to end.
- Coordinación de entrevistas con los hiring managers.
- Contacto con universidades, escuelas de formación profesional y ayuntamientos.
- Participar en ferias de empleo y de universidades.
- Coordinar las prácticas de los alumnos de prácticas FP: documentación, coordinación de los tutores, etc.
- Búsqueda de centros de formación nuevos, establecer contacto con los mismos, llevar cabo jornadas informativas y contactar con los alumnos.
- Realizar onboarding de nuevas incorporaciones.
- Reportes mensuales.
**Requisitos para la vacante**:
- Experiência mínima de 2 años, preferentemente en empresas de selección.
- Grado en Psicología o Relaciones laborales.
- Motivación por el área de selección y headhunting.
- Conocimiento de fuentes de reclutamiento y redes profesionales.
- Capacidad e interés por trabajar en un entorno rápido y exigente.
- Dominio fluido de inglés. Valorable manejo de francés.
