En SIXT seguimos creciendo. Buscamos un Business Analyst dentro del departamento de SIXT España

**Funciones**:
- Implementación de kpis y okrs dentro del departamento de operaciones, incluyendo: a. definición b. Establecimiento de objetivos c. Seguimiento y planes de acción- Análisis ad-hoc para apoyar proyectos e iniciativas estratégicas dentro del departamento de operaciones de España- Garantizar la calidad y precisión de los datos y que estos estén disponibles cuando sea necesario.- Gestión de proyectos de pequeña y mediana envergadura con una implicación significativa de esta función.- Actuar como punto de contacto entre el país y la sede para la mayoría de proyectos de turnaround- Identificar problemas y recomendar enfoques para abordarlos- Ejecutar el análisis requerido sobre los indicadores básicos del negocio- Cooordinación interdepartamental de proyectos funcionales con el consecuente análisis y seguimiento de los mismos

**Requisitos**:
- Usuario avanzado de Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)- Gestión de Proyectos- Responsable, dinámico y orientado a resultados- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y analíticas.- Capaz de realizar múltiples tareas y cumplir con plazos ajustados en un entorno acelerado- Solucionador de problemas creativo- Capacidad para implementar y gestionar cambios- Idiomas: inglés y español, el alemán sería muy apreciado
