JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Override Analyst will be supporting the development of HBX Group Override using SAP/Tableau/Atlas/Salesforce which is then communicated to different Sourcing/Sales teams in the company so they are aware of their own perimeter as well as plan the prioritization where they would need.

This role will also be responsible for invoicing, tracking and reporting the Override products.

**Job Description**:

- Control and identification of all Supplier Income and Client Overrides invoices to be processed on a monthly basis.
- Understanding of the procedure to calculate, validate and obtain approvals for all invoices.
- Dealing with many queries from Contract Managers and Sales in order to expediate invoicing, cash collection or have an understanding of the product.
- Notifying major risks or PnL impacts to the Overrides Manager.
- Understand clear escalation process.
- Write up for procedures to the new or latest processes.
- Challenges existing processes within Commercial Finance and optimize them as much as possible.
- Understand how Tableau and SQL work (nice to have).
- Presentation skills, enough to be able to provide training to an audience of 100 sales/sourcing people from time to time.
- Help in setting new optimized and automated processes; we are looking for a person who is not scared to propose changes.

**Requirements**:

- Requires very strong attention to detail.
- Commercially focused and proactive whilst also being structured and methodical.
- 1+ year of relevant experience in SAP/Atlas/Jira.
- Data visualization (Tableau) skills Ability to liaise and clearly communicate with different stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- English is a must (you will be tested and should not be afraid to present in English). Spanish is nice to have but not essential.
- Experience in working in SAP, Tableau
- Experience in SQL would be nice to have
- Degree in Finance/Economics or any other field
