MCC is looking for a highly motivated corporate real estate professional to join our growing organization in the newly created role of Regional Corporate Real Estate Manager for our EMEA & APAC region. The Regional Corporate Real Estate Manager, in partnership with Real Estate and Procurement leadership, will provide tactical, strategic, and transactional oversight of owned and leased real estate portfolio, including: relationship management with external brokers, company leadership, landlords and sub-tenants; input into the development of the portfolio strategy and implementation plan; and the development and ongoing oversight of the real estate portfolio system and data.

**The Role**

In this specialized and wide-ranging role, you will:

- Own and manage relationships between company operating management, external brokers, and internal/external legal and finance teams for all real estate related matters and initiatives
- Manage portfolio strategy and optimization
- Develop and formalize common real estate support processes
- Seek out and utilize industry sources of market intelligence
- Responsible for real estate-related data management, reporting, and analytics
- Responsible for relationships with subtenants and landlords
- Assist in acquisition/site selection, dispositions, leases, easements, licenses, condemnations, etc.
- Partners with and coordinates broker services, and activities (including engagement documents, pipeline/status reports, and critical date tracking)
- Communicates terms and partners with Legal Team on all real estate-related contracts.
- Supports staff and field operations with real estate-related business cases, securing approvals and ensuring execution.

**The Person**

To be successful, the Regional Corporate Real Estate Manager will have:

- A minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in corporate industrial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, easements, licenses, and condemnations
- Proficient knowledge of corporate industrial real estate and related financial terms and principles
- Progressive experience in working with Corporate Management and Business Unit leaders
- Experience in implementing meaningful process improvements
- Experience in real estate strategy and exposure to overall corporate real estate delivery model (acquisition/disposition, construction, facility management, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage many priorities
- Experience working with corporate legal teams
- Experience working with external corporate real estate brokers
- The patience and perseverance to deal with the day-to-day transactional administrative tasks
- Excellent communication, organization and prioritization skills
- Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication in English
- A level of executive presence, able to deal with all levels within the organization
- Excellent attention to detail
