**Job Purpose**

**What you'll be doing**
- Respond to incidents and requests within a ticketing system within SLAs, providing resolution within a fast-paced business environment.
- To provide 2nd level service in ensuring the necessary follow-up and coordination for the smooth commissioning and maintenance of all pc, printer, meeting equipment (apple tv, projection) and other computer peripheral hardware and software used / to be used throughout the company.
- To analyze the software and hardware problems that occur in computer systems and produce permanent solutions.
- To take measures in line with the information about information security and cyber security and provide system monitoring.
- To keep records of all network, software and hardware information, to organize and to ensure that regular backups are taken.
- some System Administration duties (depending on experience) around Mobile Device Management, deployment of patches, installation of updates, and more.

**What you'll bring**
- At least 3 years of experience in providing end-user support for devices running Mac OS, Windows, Tablets and other IT equipment
- You have worked in a Google Workspace environment and have experience managing it
- You have experience with configuring computers and performing hardware installations
- You are knowledgeable in the field of workspace hardware i.e.: Projectors, TV, Apple TV, IP Printers, etc.
- You have experience in creating thorough, readable and actionable documentation for the end users with mixed technical knowledge
- You have a service and customer centric mindset
- Nice-to-have: Fluent Dutch
